MVP Zone Black Friday Terms & Conditions

1. Limited-Time Offers
Both Black Friday promotions are available for purchase only during the stated Black Friday period. No extensions or exceptions.

2. Class Pack Flash Deal (10 + 3 Free)

• Full Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• Class pack expires 6 months from purchase date.
• Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused classes after expiration are forfeited.

3. Founding Rate Membership ($45/week for 3 Months)

• Discounted rate applies for the first 12 weeks only.
• After 12 weeks, the weekly rate automatically renews at $54/week unless canceled with written notice.
• Membership is non-transferable.
• Standard studio membership policies apply (cancellations, holds, attendance, etc.).

4. No Refunds
All Black Friday purchases are final sale. No refunds on class packs or membership payments.

5. New & Returning Clients
Offers are available to new and returning clients who have not been member for at least 6 months, and may not be combined with any other promotions.

6. Bonus Perks
Any included bonuses (goal-setting session, InBody, etc.) must be used within the promotional timeframe and cannot be redeemed for cash value.

7. Participation Agreement
By purchasing either offer, the buyer agrees to MVP Zone’s standard liability waiver, studio rules, and membership policies.
