10 Air Squats with a 3s eccentric

Workout:

Option 1 Murph:

2x Run Around Block (1 mile)

100 Pull ups

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

2x Run Around Block


Option 2: Recommended

1 Run Around Block

  • 20 Rounds: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats per round.

OR:

  • 10 Rounds: 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats per round.
  • or you may do half. 10 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats

Pull Up Mod:

May do TRX Rows, Seated Band Pull Downs or Jumping Pull Ups


Home Option:


4 Min Tabata Jog or any cardio
