Warm Up:
8 Crazy Nights: AMRAP 8 Min, 8 Reps of each:

Workout:
Perform the workout just like the 12 days of Christmas song. So you do 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, and so on all the way up to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
