5 Squats - 4 lunges Then: 

  1. Jump rope
  2. Kazak squats
  3. Jump squats

Workout:

Band side leg lift L - R - Front back jumps


EMOM 9:
8 Back squats/16 DB squats

20 Bench hip thrusts

BB squat hold/Wall sit

Plank rear leg rainbows L - R - Mountain climbers
