Workout:
EMOM 12 mins:
- 8 Sumo deadlift High Pull + 8 push ups
- 10 Alt. DB snatch + back lunge
- 10 V-up + Jackknife
- 10 Skiers + 10 DB swings
AMRAP 12 mins:
10 DB cleans
8 OH Press
6 DB Goblet squats
4 Burpees
