  1. 8 Sumo deadlift High Pull + 8 push ups
  2. 10 Alt. DB snatch + back lunge
  3. 10 V-up + Jackknife
  4. 10 Skiers + 10 DB swings


AMRAP 12 mins:

8 OH Press

6 DB Goblet squats
