What to expect from the program?

Expectation 1: Reset Your Eating Habits

Alongside the workouts, each week you'll receive meal plan ideas inspired by the focus diet of the week. We believe that a balanced, nourishing diet is the foundation for renewed energy.

Expectation 2: Boost Your Energy

As we move into week two, you will start feeling the effects of your hard work. Your energy levels might begin to soar and you will feel "the wings" behind your back!

Expectation 3: Feel Confident and Strong

As we move towards the middle of the program, you might notice remarkable changes in your body and mindset, and doesn't that feel good? Embrace it, because you will feel like a true master of your body!

Expectation 4: Connect and Celebrate

As we move towards the finish line, you'll be amazed at how far you've come. You'll not only have increased your energy but also rediscovered your inner power over daily stress, fatigue, and other things your thought you couldn't control before.

What do I do?

The program consists of two main parts to follow: the 4 Rules and the Weekly Diet Focus. You will also be offered to complete two progress tracking assessments (one in the beginning, one in the end of the program) and "extra credit" workouts.

The Rules

In the next lesson you will find the 4 Rules. Those will stay with us for the duration of EnergizeHER, so remember these 4 points and follow them until the end of the program (and beyond! ).

The Weekly Diet Focus

Each week you will receive an email with instructions to follow and the new chapter of the EnergizeHER program will open for you each week in your MVP Portal. There you will find the what eating style you will be focusing on during the week, meal plan ideas for it and other useful information about the diet.

Progress Tracker

If you'd really like to see the change your body and mind will go through for the next 4 week, make sure to complete the initial and the final Progress Tracking assessments. You will find your initial assessment in this Chapter. The information you give us about your current needs and physical baseline will help us give you better service and feedback. Don't skip it!

"Extra Credit" Workouts

You have a choice of 4 short supplemental workouts to do each week. One of them is focused on reductions of stress and improvement of flexibility and mobility. The other 3 are high intensity workouts with the focus on strength and raising your heart rate to trigger metabolic response! If you already do live or recorded MVP Zone workouts with us you don't have to do "extra credit", but we know you might want to! Yes, I'm looking at you! Wink-wink!
