Let's push it ladies and gents! You are full of new-found energy because you spent just a little more time focusing on what you need, listening to your inner music, dedicating more of you to yourself, and moving all while doing it! Practice adding more effort to being present during the workout, and challenging your body through it from start to finish. Being curious about how capable your body is and allowing it to enjoy the strength and flexibility it possesses feels so good!

For the final week of our program, we recommend the following supplemental workouts:

The Balanced Babe Circuit:

3R x 12 reps: 

Bulgarian/split squats (per side)

Push-up pulses

Plank rows

Bicep curls in squat hold

The Total Body Blast:

45-15 x 3R:

Jump squats

Skiers
