4 this week, as we agreed! You might find yourself hungrier (or should we say hangrier?!) this week, so listen to your body, but don't push it past its limits!

For your extra workouts, you have four options:

The Plant-Powered Circuit: A full-body workout.

Equipment: DBs

3R x 12 reps for each exercise: 

Sumo squats

Sit ups

Single leg deadlifts

Overhead triceps extensions

The Vegan HIIT: A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

3R x 45-15 seconds:

Jump lunges

Squat front kick

Up downs

Volleyball shuffle

The Green Goddess Strength: A strength training workout that focuses on building muscle.

Equipment: DBs 

4R x 10 reps for each exercise

Front squats

OH press

Deadlifts

DB sit ups

The Yogi's Garden: A yoga and stretching routine that will help you increase flexibility and reduce stress.

Slow half dive bombers
