"extra credit" Workouts

Remember you need to complete at least 4 workouts this week. Live or recorded workouts with us are the best. However, if you feel like adding a little OOMPH to your fitness routine, consider adding at least one of these workouts to it.

You have four options:

The Cave Woman Circuit: A full-body workout.

3R x12 reps each exercise:

Squats

Lunges

Push ups

Bent over rows

The Cavewoman Cardio: A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

45-15 seconds x 3R:

Sprint/jump rope

Jump squats

Burpees

The Stone Age Strength: A strength training workout that focuses on building muscle.

Equipment: DBs 

4R x 10 each exercise: 

Biceps curls

Overhear presse

Deadlifts

Chest press

The Neolithic Stretch: A yoga and stretching routine that will help you increase flexibility and reduce stress.

Downward dog

Pigeon pose

Seated forward fold
