•Body Composition/Hypertrophy Pathway: Centered on building lean muscle and strength, this pathway includes progressive resistance training and a structured, nutrient-dense eating plan.

Both pathways integrate key principles to improve fitness, enhance overall health, and build sustainable habits.

What to Expect

1. Nutrition Plans:

•Learn the importance of protein in fat loss and muscle retention, with intake recommendations of 1.6–2.2 g per kg of body weight, scaled for your goals.

•Meal plans tailored for weight loss (calorie deficit) or muscle building (caloric surplus), using whole, nutrient-dense foods to fuel your body.

2.Structured Weekly Workouts:

•Designed for all fitness levels, workouts focus on:

• Monday : Core Stability & Abs

• Tuesday : High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

• Wednesday : Lower Body Strength

• Thursday : Olympic Lifting Basics

• Friday : Upper Body Strength

•These progressive, full-body routines combine strength training, power movements, and cardio for maximum impact.

3.Educational Approach:

Each day includes a brief lesson to teach you the “why” behind your actions—whether it’s understanding macronutrients, implementing progressive overload, or optimizing recovery. You’ll build skills and knowledge that last far beyond the 6 weeks.
