MENTAL FOCUS – Confidence Through Evidence

This week is about collecting proof.

Spend at least 10 mins to sit down with a sheet of paper and write down:

  • 5 physical wins in the past 8 weeks
  • 3 mental wins
  • 2 habits that changed permanently
  • 1 area to improve next phase

Confidence is built from:

Repeated effort + visible progress + self-trust.

This week solidifies self-trust.
