Spend at least 10 mins to sit down with a sheet of paper and write down:
- 5 physical wins in the past 8 weeks
- 3 mental wins
- 2 habits that changed permanently
- 1 area to improve next phase
Confidence is built from:
Repeated effort + visible progress + self-trust.
This week solidifies self-trust.
