We will discuss your challenge (and beyond) goals, eating style and preferences, and take measurements and/or photos. This step is important to do in the very beginning of your challenge, because we need this information to create your Personal Meal Plan and make adjustments to your training if needed. (about 30 minutes of your time) Book your 1-on-1 here
Book Your Private 45-minute Session with Masha
You also will do a private session with me to help you get the best out of each group class you will be taking in the next 8 weeks. We will go over some basic movements and check your mobility/flexibility, find modifications you can use in case you have pains/past injuries and create a clear plan of how you will be working out in the next 8 weeks.
Note: You can combine Strategy and Private Training sessions if you prefer. Text me directly at 818-799-4381 or book through Calendly and put in notes to add a private session as well.
Know Your Class Options
You now have unlimited access to all our group classes for 8 weeks! You can start coming to group workouts on Day 1 of your challenge. Let’s target to at least 2-3 workouts a week to start. Please always register for classes using your Zenplanner credentials and the Zenplanner Member app you can download for free. You will have to sign the documents related to your challenge membership before the system lets you register for classes.
