TRAINING: Show Up & Build Confidence
4 Workouts Recommended
Four sessions is the sweet spot for progress — but only if your body can handle it.
If you’re returning after time off or managing injuries:
Start with 2–3 sessions this week and focus on quality.
Consistency beats intensity every time.
Introduce Next Level Conditioning
If you are just starting or returning, you may notice your body responds best when you do:
- Short finishers
- Low-impact cardio
- Light breathing challenges
If you are working out consistently, you may want to lean into:
- Higher intensity movement mode (burpees vs up downs or jump squats vs regular air squats)
- Choosing weights slightly above your regular challenging range
- Adding another workout in your week
These are meant to: Improve endurance
Boost fat loss gently
Build confidence — not crush you
If your heart rate spikes fast, that’s okay. Scale as needed.
Form & Confidence First
This week is about:
- Learning movements
- Feeling steady and capable
- Building trust in your body again
Ask questions. Slow it down. Use lighter weights if needed.
Strong foundations = better results later.
