WEEK 7 – This Is Your New Normal

Weeks 1–3 were about momentum.
Weeks 4–6 were about consistency.

Week 7 is about ownership.

This is where many of us subconsciously shift into:

  • “Almost done”
  • “I made it this far”
  • “I’ll tighten up again later”

But we do the opposite.

Week 7 is about stabilizing results, not squeezing harder.

The psychological goal:
Remove dependency on external structure and strengthen internal discipline.

The physiological goal:
Maintain strength, protect muscle, prevent stress spikes.

The lifestyle goal:
Blend these habits into real life — social events, family responsibilities, work stress — without losing control.

This week is a rehearsal for maintenance.

If you can sustain Week 7, you can sustain real life.
