You made it to Week 8!

That matters.

Whether you followed every step perfectly, struggled halfway through, missed workouts, got off track, or had moments where motivation dipped — you are still here reading this.

That means something.

If at any point you:
• Fell off plan
• Stopped tracking
• Missed workouts
• Felt discouraged
• Compared yourself to others

Know this:

Consistency beats intensity. 

And restarting beats quitting.

This program was never about perfect compliance.
It was about building awareness.

Ask yourself:

What caused me to lose momentum?
Was it time?
Stress?
Lack of structure?
Overwhelm?
Fear of results?

Awareness creates power.

You are not behind.
You are learning.

The goals this week:

  1. Measure objectively.
  2. Reflect intentionally.
  3. Plan strategically.
  4. Leave calm and confident.

We are not asking:
“Did you win?”

We are asking:
“What did you build?”
